Choosing length and width

Length sets how high a ramp can reach and how steep it feels: 6′ ramps reach up to 16″, and 16′ ramps reach up to 48″. For heavy loads, going one size longer gives a gentler incline. Choose a 36″ usable width for hand trucks and most carts, or 42″ for wider loads. The 36″ models carry up to 4,000 lbs, and the 42″ models carry 2,500 lbs.
