1. Dock Lifts
Copperloy is the most trusted name when searching for an easy-to-operate dock lift. Copperloy loading dock lifts line up a load to any truck bed height with the push of a button. Designed for permanent installation or portable use, a Copperloy scissor dock lift has heavy-duty, solid-steel construction and powerful hydraulics to handle loads up to 15,000 lbs. safely and efficiently.
With up to 60″ of vertical travel, our loading dock lifts accommodate even the highest trucks. Built for durability, performance, and safety, Copperloy dock lifts are designed for convenience, versatility, and dependability. In addition, solid steel scissors provide exceptional stability.
2. Surface Mount Lifts
If you need to turn a concrete surface into a loading dock, surface mount lifts are for you. You can have a loading dock anywhere you could ever need one, as long as the roadway surface will support the base of our dock lifts without deflecting. There is no pit required, and standard loading dock lifts models are available with capacities up to 5,000 lbs. The adequate capacity to accommodate hand carts, 4-wheel carts, and pallet trucks. Heavier capacities are also available for special applications.
Surface-Mount dock lifts are also equipped with optional flip-down wheels for easy transportability to new locations, using a removable dolly handle. Special bridge and ramp plates are available to adapt the scissor dock lift to the job you need them for. The approach ramp and end-rails can be factory located to accommodate a right-angle loading process.
3. Pit Mount Lifts
Permanently installed Pit-Mount dock lifts are available in standard capacities from 5,000 lbs. to 15,000 lbs., to accommodate everything from hand carts to power pallet jacks to lift trucks. Higher capacities are also available. Because Pit-Mount loading dock lifts are flush with the grade when fully lowered, they are protected from accidental damage caused by the careless truck operation.
The heavy-duty reinforced platform on all pit-mount loading dock lifts is engineered for minimal deflection while raising and lowering, and positive stop blocks eliminate platform deflection. Standard platform width range from 72″ to 96″ and standard lengths from 96″ to 144″, with beveled toe guard edges to meet ANSI safety requirements. The steel tread bridge plate is 12″ OAW x 72″ OAL, with two (2) chains. The handrails are removable for loading flexibility.
