How to Use a Copperloy Outdoor Loading Dock Ramp

To set up a Copperloy yard ramp for use, just use the attached hydraulic pump to bring the ramp up at a ½” increment for each pump movement until you have moved the ramp into the desired position.
Next, simply use chains to connect a forklift to the yard ramp’s positioning sleeve and maneuver the ramp to the desired angle. Then, let the hydraulic pump valve to release and allow the 15-inch lip sit against the carrier body. Finally, connect the attached safety chains to your yard ramp and start your loading task.
